Many transgender individuals who socially transition do so without making any changes to their physical anatomy.

Though many transgender individuals may choose to present themselves as another gender, it is important to keep in mind that we cannot assume that an individual is transgender, simply because they wear clothing that is associated with another gender that differ from their biological sex.
