Increased Welfare from an Expanded Feasible Set

When an individual's budget constraint moves outwards, for example due to a wage increase, their feasible set of consumption and free time combinations expands. This expansion makes the individual better off, as they can now achieve consumption bundles that were previously unaffordable.
