Initial diagnoses included upper respiratory tract infection (14 children, 34%), fever without a source (11 children, 27%), viral-like pneumonia (6 children, 15%), bronchiolitis (5 children, 12%), gastroenteritis or vomiting (2 children, 5%), bacterial-like pneumonia (2 children, 5%), asthma flare (1 child, 2%). Two patients (5%) presented coinfection with influenza B.
