Interpreting Preferences and Trade-offs

An individual's preferences for a consumption good (grain) and free time are represented by indifference curves that are convex (bowed in toward the origin). Analyze what this convexity implies about the individual's willingness to trade one good for the other. In your analysis, compare their willingness to give up grain for an extra hour of free time when they have a lot of free time versus when they have very little free time.
