Johnson & Johnson's Stated Responsibility to Employees
The Johnson & Johnson Credo names employees throughout the world as a responsibility group. It states that the company must provide an inclusive work environment, respect employee diversity and dignity, recognize merit, support security, fulfillment and purpose, provide fair compensation and safe working conditions, support health and well-being, allow suggestions and complaints, provide equal opportunity for qualified people, and provide capable leaders whose actions are just and ethical.
