Kinsey Scale
Developed by Alfred Kinsey, the Kinsey Scale is a continuum used to classify an individual's sexual orientation. Rather than placing people into exclusive heterosexual or homosexual categories, the scale acknowledges a range of sexualities. Sexual orientation itself refers to a person's pattern of emotional, romantic, and erotic attractions to others or to no one.
