Although playful work design brings something different to employees, using it every day can become tiresome. It’s important to use it in a specific time period to make it effective.

Playful work design is needed because it gives employees a sense of independence of their own tasks and the sense that employees are part of something that is important and by making the play challenging it also gives employees goals of reaching their accomplishments.
