Correlation between meditation practice and daytime sleepiness
Meditation practice is associated with decreased drowsiness and daytime sleepiness. This decrease in daytime sleepiness, rather than nighttime sleep quality, could be important in explaining why mindfulness reduces the risk of depression relapse.
