Methods of Accessing the Unconscious (Freudian Theory)
Sigmund Freud believed that gaining access to the unconscious mind was essential for successfully resolving a patient's psychological problems. He proposed that this hidden part of the mind could be explored through methods such as dream analysis, interpreting seemingly innocent slips of the tongue, and free association.
