Concept
Methods of Comparative analyses of SAR-CoV2 genomes from different geographical locations and other coronavirus family genomes reveals unique features potentially consequential to host-virus interaction and pathogenesis
- All SARS-CoV-2, SARS-CoV, and MERS genome sequences used in the study were retrieved from the NCBI genome database. Gene and protein sequences of SARS-CoV-2 are from the ViPR database.
- Phylogenetic analysis was used to understand more about the variation of genome sequences in different geographic regions.
- Antiviral miRNA with their targets were collected from VIRmiRNA database to predict anti-viral host miRNA.
