Set up a routine
- wake up at the same time every day
- go outdoors every day, especially in mornings
- spend at least 2 hours by a window
- set times for regular activities each day, such as talking with a friend or cooking
- exercise every day
- eat meals at the same time every day, even if they're small
- avoid naps during daylight
- avoid bright light in the evening, especially blue light
