Self-administrative survey asked those who are currently in OAT, previous drug injectors, those who have never used, and all participants were 18 and older

Participant requirement was random selection but paid 4-10 dollars and then those in the study could recruit up to 3 others for 1-2 dollars, additionally, they could leave the study at any time
