- Self-administrative survey asked those who are currently in OAT, previous drug injectors, those who have never used, and all participants were 18 and older

- Participant requirement was random selection but paid 4-10 dollars and then those in the study could recruit up to 3 others for 1-2 dollars, additionally, they could leave the study at any time
