Mindfulness at the organizational level consists of how conscious the workplace employees are of staying cautious, being proactive and reducing mistakes.

Workplace mindfulness mainly consisted of two levels which are the organizational level and the individual level. The organizational level is the mindfulness and awareness of the employees as a whole, and the individual level was each employee’s mindfulness and how their personality contributed to it.

Mindfulness at the individual level consists of how long an individual is mindful, their use of involving mindfulness in the workplace and how their personality contributes to use mindfulness in situations.

Positive activities are simple planned activities that are meant to emit positive behaviors and feelings.

Positive psychology activities 

Mindfulness is used in the workplace because some jobs tend to be monotonous. Mindfulness helps employees to experience their jobs by reducing boredom and having fewer negative occurrences.
