Mindfulness Based Art Therapy in Asylum Seekers and Refugees
Refugees who participated in MBAT through Inhabited Studio reported the program helped them cope with PTSD, increase resilience due to the safe, non-judgmental and open environment that Inhabited Studio cultivates.
