Misdiagnosing Epilepsy as a Psychological Disorder
Epilepsy causes changes in thought processes, mood, and behavior, resulting in mistaking it for a psychological disorder. Using an electroencephalogram (EEG) scan, it is possible to determine whether a patient has epilepsy.
