Mitigating Factors for Alzheimer's Disease

Although there is no cure for Alzheimer's disease, its risk can be mitigated by assessing environmental and nutritional factors. Environmental exposure to elements like lead, iron, and zinc can increase the risk, whereas nutritional factors, such as following the Mediterranean diet, can lower the risk of developing the disease.
