Mo-CBP3-PepII and PepKAA Block SARS-CoV-2 S Protein Interaction with ACE2 Receptors

The receptor binding domain (RBD) SARS-CoV-2 S protein can interact with ACE2 in both the closed (A) and open (B) conformations. Mo-CBP3-PepII (C - closed, D - open) and PepKAA (E - closed, F - open) prevent RBD binding with ACE2 in both conformations. While the S protein may still interact with ACE2, it is an "incorrect" interaction.
