  • Position of replies – overall position on raw milk (pro, anti, mixed, neither), nutritional value of raw milk (1 = raw milk more nutritious than pasteurized milk, 2 = vice versa, 3 = mixed, 4 = nether), safety of raw milk (1 = raw milk is safe or safer than pasteurized milk)
  • Tone of replies – use of uncivil tone (yes/no) and presence of insults, cursing, or use of all capital letters
