Used a codebook to record participant answers – if they said they would reply (yes/no), status of response (pro-raw milk, anti-raw milk, mixed, neutral), status of response regarding raw milk nutrition (correct/incorrect), raw milk safety (correct/incorrect), tone of response (civil/uncivil)
Randomly selected 20 replies from the codebook for content analysis a few times and obtained 120 coded replies
After comparing participants’ answers and their attitudes towards raw milk, strong correlations between coded responses and self-reported answers were found
