Moderated Usability Test
A moderated usability test is a usability testing method in which a moderator or facilitator is actively engaged with the participant in real-time as they perform tasks. Unlike unmoderated usability tests, moderated usability tests require the facilitator's active, real-time presence throughout the session to guide the participant, observe their behavior, and ask follow-up questions.
