Every individual’s mindfulness varies, and this causes everyone to perceive situations at work differently such as having higher or lower levels of boredom.

Monotonous jobs are very tedious and consist of the same daily tasks. This can lead to employees being bored although their level of boredom could vary.

•	Employees create habits of daily tasks and these tasks that turn into habits are now performed unconsciously
