Environment influences both positive and negative energy especially the home and other personal spaces. These spaces both represent and feed into one's energy. Therefore, clearing personal space can also lead to less negative energy and clutter within the brain.

Negative Environment 

Self-talk is the way one speaks of and to themself, whether it be to other people or within oneself. Negative self-talk both reflects negative internal energy and further feeds into it.
