Orientation Training

The initial phase of employee training, known as orientation, is designed to familiarize new hires with the organization. This period typically covers essential information such as the company's history, its policies, and administrative procedures like time tracking and benefits. A primary objective of orientation is to immerse the new employee in the organizational culture.
