OCMM is a physical therapy based off of the idea that the anatomy of the cranium reflects the human body as a whole. It utilizes the primary respiratory mechanism as its main treatment component, which consists of the mobility of the cranial bones, sacrum, dura membranes, central nervous system, and cerebrospinal fluid.
