Peer Training: Simplifying Technical Component Specifications

You are assisting with the onboarding of a new technician in your quality control department. While reviewing a component manual, the new hire is confused by the following radical expressions listed in the measurement log: 83\sqrt[3]{8}, 814\sqrt[4]{81}, and 325\sqrt[5]{32}.

Write a short training note for the new hire that identifies the simplified integer value for each of these three expressions. For each value, explicitly state the power relationship (the base and the exponent) that confirms the result (for example, 'x to the power of y equals z').
