- Microtasks are grouped and displayed to the user as a set of action tiles, and each tile represents a different set of microtasks.
- To complete a task, the user selects a tile, and each tile is either time-bound or category-bound.
- By making the use of time explicit through the interactions, the users are made aware of how they are able to use their micro-moments.
- The home screen provides ambient awareness of category completion by varying the color and intensity of the tiles.

- Fix spelling - spelling errors in the document are extracted and presented with alternative suggestions.
- Identify wordy sentences - sentences over a fixed length are marked as possible too verbose.
- Delete words - a sentence that was marked as being too verbose is then sent to a language processing system where parts of the sentence are marked  as candidates for deletion.
- Accept or reject a change - this task shows pending changes created using change tracking for a document.
- Classify comments - comments are shown as individual tasks where users can either acknowledge or delete them, or indicate that it requires a response which spawns a new microtask.
- Reply to a comment - if the user selects the reply option for the classify comments task, a new task is created where they can write a response.
