Prevalence of Official Corporate Culture Statements Among Large Companies

Most large companies describe their official corporate culture in terms of values they want employees to practice day to day. More than three-quarters of Culture 500 companies published an official corporate culture statement listing specific values, such as integrity, customer-centricity, or respect, that defined the culture the company aspired to achieve.
