Youth who went to a high school with a GSA endorsed more favorable outcomes to alcohol use. They also had less depression and general psychological distress.

Youth who went to a high-school with a GSA reported higher levels of school belonging than youth who did not go to a high-school with a GSA. Community climate was a predictor for school belonging.
