Production Possibilities vs. Final Outcomes

Consider two scenarios for a farmer. In Scenario A, the farmer is independent and keeps all the grain they produce. In Scenario B, the same farmer, using the exact same tools and land, is now subject to a landlord who claims a portion of the harvest but does not contribute to the work.

First, explain whether the farmer's feasible production frontier (the curve showing the maximum possible grain for each amount of free time) is different between Scenario A and Scenario B. Second, explain why the farmer's final outcome (their actual combination of free time and consumed grain) is likely to be different between the two scenarios, even if the feasible frontier is the same.
