Racial Disparities in Remote Health Care
The study noted that there were racial disparities in receiving services, specifically that minorities were more likely to use telephone services rather than video services.
Is there a difference in the quality of care provided when services are provided over the phone rather than through a video call? Could minorities be receiving a lower level of care if they choose phone services over video services? How can this inequality be resolved?
