- Must read everything to familiarize the data 
- Start involving teams in projects by having workshops 
- During workshops:
- Have research questions on the boards 
- Highlight what they believe to be important
- Give each member a transcript and get through them. Once finished, pass down the transcript and get a new one. The process should be repeated until everyone engages all the data.
