Concept
Relative Accessibility
This criterion denotes that a building or area is able to be accessed by a person with a disability as easily or quickly as those without a disability. For example, a building with a ramp would achieve absolute accessibility. However, since the route for those with a mobility disability is less direct, the building does not provide relative accessibility.
