Replication Failures of the Stanford Prison Experiment

The validity of the Stanford Prison Experiment's findings is further questioned by the failure of subsequent replication attempts. Notably, studies that did not provide guards with specific behavioral guidelines, unlike Zimbardo's original experiment, observed different outcomes and did not reproduce the same level of abusive behavior.
