Resource Allocation (RA) Index

The Resource Allocation (RA) index is a local overlap statistic that goes beyond simply counting the number of common neighbors by considering their importance. It is calculated by summing the inverse degrees of the common neighbors between two nodes: SRA[v1,v2]=uN(v1)N(v2)1duS_{RA}[v_1,v_2] = \sum_{u \in N(v_1) \cap N(v_2)}{\frac{1}{d_u}}
