Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (EDNOS) was the most common group, then anorexia nervosa (AN-R). Within EDNOS, most prevalent type was Type 2 (Typical AN), followed by Type 4 (inappropriate compensatory behaviors without binge-eating).
