Sample of hydroxychloroquine as postexposure prophylaxis
Recruitment of patients occurred through social media. On March 17, 2020, there was enrollment of 821 asymptomatic patients who had high-risk exposure of confirmed COVID-19 contact. Patients had follow up emails sent on days 1, 5, 10, and 14 with a survey 4-6 weeks following exposure.
