Scheduled Truck Stock Refill Routine

Refilling truck stock is a planned process that returns every item to its par level. Many electrical service companies do this on a weekly or every-other-week schedule so vehicles stay ready for work and do not run short in the middle of the week. At each cycle, a technician or warehouse helper checks the current count of each item against the par-level checklist, gathers what is missing, and loads it onto the truck. Keeping to a fixed schedule avoids the expensive alternative of an unscheduled trip to the supply house, which can take a technician away from billable work for an hour or more.
