Schizophreniform Disorder: Specified Without Good Prognostic Factors

This specifier is applied if two or more of the following features have not been present: onset of obvious psychotic symptoms within 4 weeks of the first notable change in normal behavior or functioning; confusion or perplexity; good premorbid social and occupational functioning; no blunted or flat affect.
