After being tased, Blake removed the taser prongs and picked up a pocket knife he had dropped. Blake walked to the driver's door of the vehicle to put away the knife and check on his children. Officer Rusten Sheskey grabbed the back of Blake's shirt and shot Blake seven times in the back in front of Blake's two children.
