Short-term Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) for Undergraduate Students

Undergraduate students face a number of stressors on a day-to-day basis both socially and academically. MBSR techniques (in the short-term) have been shown to help these populations face these stressors more effectively by improving coping flexibility.
