Sleep Rebound

Sleep rebound is a phenomenon where a sleep-deprived individual tends to fall asleep more quickly at their next opportunity for sleep. A common indicator of sleep debt, which triggers sleep rebound, is the ability to fall asleep very easily when attempting to take a nap.
