various forms of yoga and meditation were used to alleviate stress in the workplace. some of these include:

  • medical yoga training(focused breathing and meditation while seated)
  • yoga interventions(mediation and posture)
  • Dru yoga (flowing movements, breathing and relaxation techniques, affirmations and visualizations)
  • yoga classes(yoga poses, meditation, stretching positions)
  • viniyoga stress reduction: breathing and relaxation techniques, tips and techniques for relieving stress at home)
