The Pandemic Response Faculty Fellow would make sure that there are policies enacted that create equity. The group would have to be diverse, would have to know about equity, and would have to be open about their goals. The primary responsibility of this group would be to work with the university to act as an intermediary to make sure that there is the equity between men and women in refer to promotion and tenure.
