Staphylococcal Food Poisoning Caused by Staphylococcal Bacteria

Staphylococcus aureus can grow in food, particularly at temperatures above refrigeration and below the minimum cooking temperature. This microbial growth can produce enterotoxins that when ingested causes food intoxication and its associated symptoms.
