Evaluating the impact of a cultural heritage museum education program follows three sequential steps: (1) collect participant feedback through surveys, interviews, or informal conversations to gauge experiences and learning outcomes; (2) review program delivery by analyzing facilitator performance, participant engagement, and logistical issues; and (3) adjust the program based on the feedback and review findings to improve future iterations.
