Symptoms of children with COVID-19 seen in "Systematic review of COVID‐19 in children shows milder cases and a better prognosis than adults"
The most common symptoms that 171 children with COVID-19 (in a specific study) had were cough (48.5%), throat redness (46.2%), and a fever of at least 37.5°C (41.5%). Less common symptoms were diarrhea (8.8%), and fatigue (7.6%).
