While families expressed their desire to resume their in person services, many parents requested an expansion of tel-education services. Parents preferred the tel-education services and 1:1 home aids rather than sending their immunocompromised children into an unpredictable and potentially unsafe environment.

Tel-education services did not consider the needs of children with IDDs, so parents suggested making adaptions to the services.
