The Allegory of Adam, Jesus, and the Divine Breath in Hadiqat al-Haqiqah

In this section of Hadiqat al-Haqiqah, Sanai uses the creation of Adam and the virgin birth/breath of Jesus to symbolize the spiritual transformation of the human soul. The body is associated with the clay of Adam, while the soul is animated by the divine breath (associated with Jesus). The true human ('Adam') is one who receives this divine breath, allowing them to transcend the earthly domain (nasut) and ascend to the divine realm (lahut), gaining spiritual vision of the celestial kingdom (malakut).
