In Section 16 of the Hadiqat al-Haqiqah, Sanai uses the parable of a fool criticizing a camel's crooked appearance to illustrate the perfection and purpose of divine creation. When the fool asks why the camel is so crooked, the camel replies that criticizing the design is a criticism of the Creator (the Painter). The camel explains that its crookedness serves a functional purpose, comparing it to a curved bow that shoots straight. This allegory teaches that human criticism of natural or divine order stems from ignorance of the underlying wisdom ('maslahat') and ultimate rectitude behind outward variations.
